34R – FREE FOR RIDE brand was established in 2006 in Czech Republic. Primary and still main idea is to offer high quality and acceptable price on their BMX products for all riders. This idea is included in their brand name FREE FOR RIDE. All the products are completely designed in Czech Republic by their experienced engineer with participation from 34R team riders led by the best Czech and top world rider Michael Beran. These riders are testing the samples before placing them on the market as well. 34R is glad to say, that all of their stuff is originating in Taiwanese factories, where also other widely known BMX companies are producing. All the materials, which are used in the production, are high quality and heat-treated. 34R is inventing new systems for their products and trying to push the functionality and safety of the BMX components to the highest level to get the satisfaction of all the hobby and PRO riders. The most significant for 34R is the low weight, functionality, endurance, treatment quality, long durability, but as well as the originality and the acceptable price for everybody.
The development of 34R products is going through a long process, which take more than 6 months. There is first idea in the beginning, which comes during riding or even in the pub and which is consulted with the team riders. Followed up with the sketching, shaping, designing, rigidity and weight calculating and making final technical drawings for the production. The most exciting is waiting for the first samples, testing rides and machine test results which are the most significant before placing the product on the market. If everything is ok, they can move on final mass production. If there is some problem with the sample, then comes new process – redesigning, new samples, new tests… all this until they are 100% satisfied with the product.
